I purchased the product on-line. Tried to input
the serial code. It did not work.
Please advise. |

Possible mistake is:
Not only serial key but also user name must be
entered correct too.
For example, you submit order as Rex Egister.
Probably, the user name you entered into the register
dialog of the product. I.e. "R. Egister" or
same name lowercase is not correct. Correct the
name to Rex Egister and remember it is case sensitive! |
